Nope. The whole point of Weight Busters is that you don't have to. Your weekly meal plan is portioned for your goal — you just cook the recipes and we do the maths in the background.
Tell us in the consultation. We build around allergies, intolerances, religious diets and the foods you genuinely just don't like. There's no point planning a mushroom risotto for someone who hates mushrooms.
No. Our default movement plan is 15 minutes a day, no equipment, doable in your living room. If you already love the gym, your coach can layer that in instead.
Most members lose 1–2 lbs a week — the rate the NHS and dietitians agree is sustainable. Faster than that and you tend to put it back on. We'd rather you lost it once.
Yes. No card on file, no auto-rollover. After 30 days you can pay and stay, or just stop hearing from us — totally up to you.
